These three directions are a plan.
They are not services we offer now.
We are looking at whether device software can be modified to translate its language and improve usability. First we check each model's update path, and whether it can be restored.

SMALL, HONEST EXPERIMENT
PLANNED WITH CLAUDE
We plan for Claude to structure notes for each model, read questions and menu screens, and turn creative preferences into selection criteria. Reviewing code and translations is a planned use too.
Claude API integration is plannedTie the answer to the model, version, and source. If it is uncertain, ask for more information.
Do not delete, reset, or write firmware on AI judgment alone. A real-device check for that model, and confirmation from the user, come first.
We plan to measure completion, time spent, whether a recommendation is accepted, errors, and API cost. There are no results yet.

Jagle Jagle focuses on vintage camcorders and digital cameras from the 2000s, not all older cameras. We have already built and distributed Jagle Machine, a one-click MP4 converter, through OneDrive. The roadmap extends that work into device-software localization and modernization where it is technically feasible, companion web and app workflows, and a source-grounded recommendation system. Existing evidence includes our Instagram channel, a per-model YouTube channel with real footage from each camera, a marketplace sales profile, the published converter announcement and executable, a ChatGPT-based help tool, and a local camcorder look-profile research record. A saved Panasonic HDC-SD100 profile dated March 26, 2026 records 24 .MTS files and 133 sampled frames. That is historical research evidence, not a fresh measurement, not proof of current performance, and not proof of Claude use. Claude already supports our development workflow. We plan to develop companion apps and web services, while a customer-facing Claude API integration is not yet connected to this prototype. The discovery prototype compares two previously listed 2009 models with fixed rules. It makes no external AI call.
